Heat a large frying pan over medium heat and add a little olive oil.
Add the bacon slices and sausages to the pan, cooking until the bacon is crispy and the sausages are browned and cooked through, about 10-12 minutes.
While the meat is cooking, slice the mushrooms and tomatoes in half.
Once the bacon and sausages are done, remove them from the pan and set aside. In the same pan, add the mushrooms and cook for about 5 minutes until golden brown.
Add the halved tomatoes to the pan cut-side down and cook for another 3-4 minutes until softened.
In a separate pan, fry the eggs to your liking (sunny-side up, over-easy, etc.).
Toast the slices of bread in a toaster or on the grill until golden brown.
To serve, place the bacon, sausages, mushrooms, tomatoes, and eggs on plates alongside the toasted bread. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
