Preheat your oven to 200°C (390°F).
Wash and peel the potatoes, then cut them into wedges. Place them in a pot of salted water and bring to a boil. Cook for about 10 minutes until slightly tender, then drain.
While the potatoes are boiling, cut the broccoli into florets and set aside.
In a baking dish, arrange the potato wedges and drizzle with 1 tablespoon of olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes.
After 15 minutes, add the salmon fillets and broccoli florets to the baking dish. Squeeze the juice of half the lemon over the salmon and drizzle with another tablespoon of olive oil. Season with salt and black pepper.
Return the baking dish to the oven and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
Once done, remove from the oven, garnish with lemon slices, and serve hot.
