Start by washing and peeling the carrots, then cut them into sticks.
Wash the cucumber and slice it into rounds or sticks, as preferred.
Rinse the cherry tomatoes and cut them in half.
In a bowl, arrange the carrot sticks, cucumber slices, and halved cherry tomatoes around a generous scoop of hummus in the center.
Drizzle olive oil over the vegetables and season with salt and black pepper to taste.
Warm the pita bread in a toaster or on a skillet for a few minutes until slightly crispy.
Serve the hummus and veggie bowl with the warm pita bread on the side for dipping.
